Thanks to all Readers

Leaves are falling fast now,
it is coming to the end of October.

Feels a bit sad as autumn is starting
 to come to a close.

Leaves are really falling fast!

Lovely picture. Summer might be just about over, but the autumn leaves and flowers make up for that.

Hello Jo
Thanks for your questions.
Well climbing roses can take quite a bit of hard cutting back. Do you know the name of your Rose at all? Where abouts is it in your Garden?
Is it sheltered? Is it exposed to the wind? Is it well established do you know? I am assuming it is not a new rose i.e 1- 2 years old. If it is young you do not prune it back unless it has put on a lot of growth. Is it supported in any way, i.e up a house wall or on a Trellis or Fence?
Can you let me know the answers and I will then give you more instrutions as to where to go from here.
Thanks
